whee. survived 7 consecutive hours of CIP yesterday.. well.. i think itz 7.. from 8 to 12.30 at Toa Payoh collecting newspapers, and all the way until 5 later doing some external service project thing at Pertapis Home in Kovan, its compulsory for church.. haha anw its fun. we went there to play soccer. =.=" "INTERACTING WITH THE KIDS" see?
anyway, im quite pleased with my quadruplets' performance. me, paul, conan and daniel own =) we got this mega, mega ownage collection from this house on the 21st floor of the last blk. paul and conan had initially gone to that house to repeat the following thing that we coined, repeated and repeated x100 throughout the course of the day.
"hi, we do you happen to have any old newspapers, magazines or other small electrical appliances which you would like to donate to charity?"
and the kids there were like.. "dun havvvv"
the mum was in the room or sth i think.
so anw. we just passed by that house and were making our way down.. cos we started from the 25th floor, and were doing until the 17th floor. so when we reached barry at the 18th floor, the kids came running down and were like..
"come! come! follow us to the 71st floorrr!!!"
ok fine, theres no 71st floor, but i followed them up anw cos i kinda figured out that it had to be 21. common sense right???
and guess what.
we got to um.. carry out 10 neatly bundled piles of newspaper.
conan said it was 9, but after that the aunty there made another pile on the spot =)
woot.
oh well.
a side note.
im gonna renovate this blog againnnn!

noun. the crap which teachers stuff you with during the holidays in a desperate attempt to harvest good impressions with the kiasu parents of the suffering children. please la, holiday means RELAX TIME. wheres the part about HOMEWORK?!
